The two-bedroom apartment was really nice, and we loved having access to the vending machine for late-night snacks! There were so many relaxation spots to unwind, like the comfy lounge area and the cozy outdoor seating. Just a heads-up, the shower pressure could be better, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

The room could have been more spacious and better equipped.

Can just recommend for a city break
Comfortable room, excellent location, with the supermarket and many restaurants just a short walk away, and a very convenient tram stop only 2 minutes away for easy exploration.
Entirely happy.

The Ibis Melbourne offered a decent location, just a short walk to Queen Victoria Market and close to tram stops. The apartment was spacious enough. The double-glazed windows kept external noise down, which I appreciated. The bed felt comfortable, and having a kitchenette made it easy to prepare snacks. However, the decor felt outdated, almost like stepping back into the 90s. The carpets had stains, and the hallways needed a fresh coat of paint. Housekeeping wasn't consistent. I often found my toiletries weren’t replaced daily. Breakfast didn’t meet expectations either. the first day my poached eggs were hard despite my request for them to be runny. Staff were generally attentive, but the check-in process felt a bit slow, especially when they prioritized assisting potential guests over current customers. The parking situation was tight, too. not ideal for larger cars. It made moving luggage a hassle, especially with no lift from the car park to reception.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. Rooms could use better housekeeping. we noticed some cleanliness issues.

missingWrote a review on 19 Aprspacious roomconvenient locationkitchen areaaccess issues
The location grants quick access to essential spots—only a short walk to local dining and markets. Rooms offered spacious comfort with commendable cleanliness, and the kitchen area provided the means for meal prep, which is a nice touch for families.
Access to the hotel was a hassle due to ongoing road works. GPS frequently led to closures. Additionally, there were no elevators from the underground parking, forcing lugging bags up several flights of stairs, which is not ideal for families or anyone with heavy luggage.

Location, location, location
The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning, a large TV, and good shower pressure. There were laundry facilities on several floors. Loved the kitchenette for quick meals. Super close to Queen Victoria Market, just a 3-minute walk. Staff was friendly but check-in took a bit. Easy access to free trams for sightseeing.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay!
I had a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed and a fantastic location right by the Queen Victoria Market, which was perfect for grabbing breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. However, the WiFi could definitely use some improvement as it was spotty at times.
